I've put the script on the society website, but haven't linked to it anywhere. Before I do, I was wondering if anyone here could tell me -- we shouldn't run into any legal complications over this, should we?

Narahttbbs's example has inspired me to post my own recollections of the annus mirabilis of 2000-2001.  Here are my accounts - the first written a few months after the event, the second from an email written at the time -- of the Avebury trip and the punting.  There's lots more where that comes from (about thirty pages actually), so future Taruithorn historians will be glad to know that that year has been so well documented.

Of interest to those who want an insight into what went on in Taruithorn's early years.

» Banquet
10th February, theme Halls of Mandos: this initiated a conversation about possible costumes or characters including one gem:

Nienor, white clothes, pale make up, t-shirt to read

"Next on Jerry Springer - I killed myself because I'm carrying my brother's baby"

I know I should have done this yesterday, but what are your highlights of the last Taruithorn year...

And to start off... the banquet was pretty darn shiny, but also punting through the spring flowers in March was also very nice.
